Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel, Johor Bahru

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean and smelled good, offering a great selection over breakfast. However, it was a bit inconvenient when it rained as there was no shelter. The service staff, especially F & B Assistant Restaurant Manager Ahmad Zamri Bin Ahmad Rafie, was friendly and enthusiastic, though not all personnel were as welcoming as expected. The hotel's location was excellent, surrounded by food options and away from the central JB buzz, making it a pleasant retreat. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of selections, and the facilities were top-notch.

The service was top-notch and very accommodating. The location was slightly remote but surrounded by nice eateries and a mall. The dining experience was exceptional, although with limited excitement. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor drawbacks.
